The founding of her training and coaching practice, Dynamic Life Solutions, was in many ways the inevitable next step for Kimberly in a career that has consistently balanced the need for practical, effective work and life solutions with personal fulfillment and self expression.

Kimberly’s ability to meet deadlines and focus on results brought tremendous early success directing Proposal Development Centers for both Federal Data Corporation and Accenture.  In addition to a comfort with technology, government contracting and management, Kimberly’s natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge has led to her participation in numerous personal development programs. These experiences helped to further develop her communication skills and augmented her natural leadership qualities and her awareness of individual and group dynamics.

As her knowledge and abilities in these areas became evident in her work life, Kimberly was increasingly asked to take on more mentoring and coaching roles, providing guidance to both new and established leaders in the organization as to how to effectively manage people.  First at Federal Data, then Accenture and later at Sapphire Technologies and Freddie Mac, these talents were put to use in Project and Resource Management and Recruiting.

Concurrent with her work supporting individuals in creating change through Dynamic Life Solutions, Kimberly also works with groups and organizations as a trainer and consultant with Cook Ross, Inc.  Here she partnered in the design and delivery of Dynamic Choices for Women: Creating Professional and Personal Fulfillment, a curriculum designed to support women in the corporate environment to identify their values, examine career choices and achieve wholeness in their life.  

Inspired by her own personal growth, Kimberly became a facilitator of the Inner Journey workshop, facilitating hundreds of women and men in this transformational process.  In her work as both organizational trainer and coach, Kimberly has a particular gift for drawing out the desires and dreams of her client’s inner life and helping to translate them into practical actions that bring them to fruition.

Kimberly is a certified professional and life coach and received her professional training from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC), an Internal Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program, and a certified Inner Journey facilitator.  She was born in Kanagawa-ken, Japan, raised in Maryland, and currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband Nick, sons Christopher and Shepherd, and dog Grace.
