In classical times when Cicero had finished speaking, the people said, ‘How well he spoke,’ but when Demosthenes had finished speaking, they said, ‘Let us march.’
Training for Organizations
Dynamic Choices for Women
A research-based curriculum for organizations that want to attract and retain women more successfully. Acknowledging that over the last century, women working in traditional environments have felt compelled to adapt to male cultural norms, although they naturally have their own unique views and approaches to values, performance, managing relationships and work-life balance. The Dynamic Choices program has been designed to support women in finding professional and personal fulfillment through a blended approach of training, skill building and coaching.
Testimonial:
“I wanted to share how wonderful this workshop was – we had open and honest communication about our struggles as women in business, developed five-year career plans and were coached on how to communicate to ensure that we all have fulfilling careers. The facilitators were fantastic and I felt like the session was transforming for all involved. I have worked in multiple roles at KPMG and I think this workshop would benefit women of all levels and functions in the firm. I truly believe that communication would improve greatly.” Lindsay H, KPMG, Sr Associate

Emotional Intelligence (EI) 360 Assessment
Research shows that both effective leadership and sustainable high performing teams require emotional intelligence in the workplace. Genos’s Emotional Intelligence products articulate seven demonstrable skills including emotional self-awareness, awareness of others and emotional self- management. Increased skills in these areas can have a bottom-line impact on sales, communication, teamwork and retention as employees of all levels learn to address the emotional component of the workplace more effectively. As a certified Genos EI practitioner, we use the 360 Assessment tool to identify strengths as well as targeting areas for training and coaching.
Fundamental Values Workshop
In order to achieve optimal success, organizations must identify, articulate and act from their values. To gain the best performance from employees, these employees also need to be able to understand and articulate these values and act in accordance with them. During this workshop we will identify obstacles, devise strategies for success and examine the intersection between personal and organizational values. We will also create structures for on-going consistency and support such as peer coaching and the long-term role of values in strategic planning.
